This study aimed to seek the reason for male students’ dropout at primary degree of F.R. Peshawar. The primary objectives of the study were. (a) to study the teacher problems and attitude about dropout, (b) to determine the factors which cause dropout (c) to review the Govt. strategy about dropout and (d) to supply suggestion to overcome this issue and improve literacy charge.
For choosing the easy random sampling approach was used. The experts was picked the ten (10) institutions of F.R. Peshawar Asho khel. The study Review was descriptive in character. The government should appoint the talented teacher and native teachers of the region. Teachers may improve and provide variety of approaches of motivation approaches in different teaching situation. Authorities should provide full focus on their education system by provides economic support to the poor students in form of scholarship and also government should facilitate the teachers and maximize their salary.

The elementary stage produces the bulk of skilled and literate workers and today’s technological society could be developed and maintained only once these skilled and literate employees are produced in a huge numbers and in addition regularly. This stage is essential specifically in a democratic culture. A democratic government requires that its citizen should be intelligent enough to understand the manifestoes of many political parties to interpret reports intelligently and critically and also to cast their vitas regarding with their own free choice and can (Rasool, 2000).

To study teacher concerns and attitudes about dropout.
To determine the elements which cause dropout.

NATURE OF RESEARCH
It was survey (descriptive) kind of research. Researchers survey the government schools of F.R. Peshawar and make an effort to learn the main cause of dropout at 5th class. The level of dropout in the federal government schools in very high this is why, the literacy ratio of the area is very low. All primary/ elementary colleges are in concern, including 5th class of F.R. Peshawar.
As there are many colleges in F.R. Peshawar, but the researchers limited their studies to ten (10) determined boys’ schools of F.R. Peshawar, which are positioned in the area of Asho khel. As the majority of the schools happen to be out of my selection in fact it is difficult to attain there.

The total 81.25% agree to it and 18.75 % didn’t agree with the fact. The poverty of the father and mother draw the photo that 79.41% of the teachers admit that ” the poverty of parents” may be the cause of dropout, while 20.58% do not consent to it, while in the event of students 82.14 % students are agree and 17.85 % are not agree, in the event of father and mother 61.11 % agreed, while 38.88 % do not agree. The over all 76.85 % agreed to it and 23.75 % did not agree with the fact. The methodology of coaching is the very first thing which affects the teaching. It is clear from the higher than table that 30 percent30 % of the teachers are consent to the corporal punishment may be the reason behind dropout, while 70 percent70 % aren’t agree to it. while in the event of students 74.07 % pupils are agree and 25.92 % are not agreeing to it. In the event of father and mother 65.21 % are agree, while 34.79 % aren’t agree. The over-all 55 % people happen to be agreeing to it and 45% aren’t agreeing. Majority of the father and mother viewed that parents are accountable for dropout of their children because of their poverty, illiteracy, unawareness worth focusing on of education; having no father at home no fully control on children are the reason behind dropout, which may be the responsibility of parents.
After bottom line the researcher made the next suggestion for the betterment of learners of dropout at elementary level at F.R. Peshawar Asho Khel. The advice are as under.
The study outcomes revealed that teachers were responsible for dropout due to corporal punishment. It is recommended that teachers should present fair attitude and well behave. The federal government should appoint the skilled teacher and localized teachers of the region.
The study benefits showed that teachers had been responsible for dropout because of poor attention towards the students. Therefore it is suggested that teachers should offer fully attention to the students by giving incentives such as reward. . Teachers may improve and offer selection of approaches of motivation methods in several teaching situation.
The study benefits revealed that college students were self-responsible for dropout due to cause of concern with teachers; failure in evaluation, mental weaknesses and learners weak in mathematics and English.
